1. Open Outlook Express 5 for Mac. Click on Tools, then click Accounts






2. In the Accounts windows, click the Mail tab then click New












3. The Account Setup Assistant will start. First enter you name as you would like it to appear to your e-mail recipients in the Display Name field then click the right arrow to continue.


4. Next, enter your e-mail address in the E-mail address field. Click the right arrow to continue.


5. Enter the mail.onetel.net.uk, in the Incoming mail server field. Next, enter mail.onetel.net.uk, in the Outgoing mail server field. Click the right arrow to continue.


6. Next, type your user name in the Account ID field in lowercase. Your user name is the name before the "@" symbol in your e-mail address. You may enter your password in the Password field and place a check in Save password. This will permit you to check for e-mail without having to enter your password every time. Click the right arrow to continue.








7. Type a simple name to distinguish your e-mail account settings in the Account name field then click Finish. Your e-mail settings are complete.


8. If you wish to use Internet news, click on the News tab in the Accounts window then click New.

9. Select your E-mail account from the drop-down list then, if you wish, type in your organization in the Organization field. Click the right arrow to continue.


10. Enter news.onetel.net.uk in the News server field. Do not check My news server requires me to log on. Click the right arrow to continue.


11. Enter a simple name to distinguish your Internet news settings in the Account name field then click finish. Your Internet news settings are complete.
