This can be resolved by following these steps:
- Restart your computer and wait until all applications have completely loaded before trying to reconnect.
- Recreate the Dial Up Connection as described
- Windows 98 & Windows ME: On your computers desktop click My Computer and then double click on the Dial-Up Networking folder. You should then be able to see the One Tel Broadband connection icon (this may also be called Internet ADSL). If you cannot find an icon for One Tel Broadband here you can manually set up
- Windows 2000: Click Start then Control Panel then Network and Dial-up Connections. You should then be able to see the One Tel Broadband connection icon (this may also be called Internet ADSL). If you cannot find an icon for OneTel Broadband here you can manually set up
- Windows XP: Click Start then Control Panel then Network Connections. You should then be able to see the One Tel Broadband connection icon (this may also be called Internet ADSL).
- If you cannot find an icon for One Tel Broadband here you can manually set up
- If your problem has still not been resolved uninstall and reinstall your Broadband modem.
